1.) Upgraded Production Time: Move to First in Line --
We operate our production timeline on a FIFO (first order in is first order out) basis. If you need your pieces as soon as possible, you can buy your way to the front of the production line. This means we will pause production of whichever project(s) are ahead of yours and begin to immediately start production of your order. The production time will still be from three (3) to five (5) business days (shrinking production time by two [2] business days), again, depending on the number of pieces and the size of those pieces
2.) Upgraded Production Time: 24 - 36 Hour Production --
With this production time upgrade option, we drop everything and get your order fulfilled as fast as we can possibly do it. This means we will order any materials necessary from our suppliers and pay a rush charge to them, and we will also GO to our supplier to pick up anything we need from them the same day and then work late into the night to get your pieces produced, packaged and dropped off to our shipping partners within 24-36 hours of the time your order was placed, even if they are our largest sizes and multiple pieces. If we are at all unable to get your pieces produced within this timeline, we'll obviously refund any amount you paid toward your 24-36 hour production upgrade.
3.) Standard Production Time: 3-7 Business Days: --
For Matte Black Wood, Matte Black Metal and Brushed Satin Nickel (Silver) framed pieces, our standard turn-around time from the instant we receive your order, to when we drop it off to our shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, USPS, YRC Freight, etc.) can range from three (3) to seven (7) business days. The range is generally due to the framed sizes and number of pieces. The higher the quantity of pieces, and the bigger the size, the longer our production time will be. For example, if you're ordering just one or two framed pieces 32.5" x 32.5" or smaller, then our production timeline will be closer to three (3) to four (4) business days. Likewise, if you're ordering multiple pieces larger than 32.5" x 32.5" our production timeline will be closer to the seven (7) business day timeline.
