1.) Standard Production Time: 6-9 Business Days: --
For our Gallery Wrapped Canvas pieces, our standard turn-around time from the instant we receive your order, to when we drop it off to our shipping provider (UPS, FedEx, USPS, YRC Freight, etc.) can range from six (6) to nine (9) business days. The range is generally due to the gallery-wrapped canvas sizes and number of pieces. The higher the quantity of pieces, and the bigger the size, the longer our production time will be. For example, if you're ordering just one or two gallery-wrapped canvas pieces 30" x 30" or smaller, then our production timeline will be closer to five (5) to six (6) business days. Likewise, if you're ordering multiple pieces larger than 30" x 30" our production timeline will be closer to the nine (9) business day timeline.
2.) Upgraded Production Time: Move to First in Line --
We operate our production timeline on a FIFO (first order in is first order out) basis. If you need your pieces as soon as possible, you can buy your way to the front of the production line. This means we will pause production of whichever project(s) are ahead of yours and begin to immediately start production of your order. The production time will still be from four (4) to five (5) business days (shrinking production time by two [2] to four [4] business days), again, depending on the number of pieces and the size of those pieces
3.) Upgraded Production Time: 48 - 72 Hour Production --
For the Gallery-Wrapped Canvas pieces we have a firm 24-hour period where we MUST allow the ink to cure on the canvas before we can stretch and wrap the piece around the frame. That gives this RUSH-PRODUCTION timeline a fastest turnaround time of 48-hours. With this production time upgrade option, we drop everything and get your order fulfilled as fast as we can possibly do it. This means we will order any materials necessary from our suppliers and pay a rush charge to them, and we will also GO to our supplier to pick up anything we need from them the same day and then work late into the night to get your pieces produced, packaged and dropped off to our shipping partners within 48-72 hours of the time your order was placed, even if they are our largest sizes and multiple pieces. If we are at all unable to get your pieces produced within this timeline, we'll obviously refund any amount you paid toward your 48-72 hour production upgrade.
